"reviewBody": "Nous avons commandé durant quelques mois et malheureusement nous avons dû trouver une autre compagnie et ce pour plusieurs raison. Nous avons été en majorité satisfaits des plats reçus, mais très souvent ils manquais des ingrédients, ou les féculents était beaucoup trop présent vs la protéines. Et quoi dire du boeuf, beaucoup trop cuit même ci je le retirait du plats avant le four micro-ondes et que le boeuf je le réchauffait que 30sec. comme pour les poissons, le boeuf es tjrs encore bcp trop cuit et il ne goûte pas super bon. Malgré tout cela ont commandait encore car il y avait des plats qu'on adorait, nous avons ajuster nos commandes pour les portions petit au lieu de régulier de cette façon ont avait un bon ratio féculents vs protéines et nous avions arrêté de prendre du boeuf. Mais le problème es la livraison, les 3 premiers mois ca allait super bien. Mais après pour une raison X une semaine nous n'avons jamais reçu la boîte. Ils nous ont dit que c'était une erreur technique ok nous avons eu un remboursement. L'autre semaine ca va, la semaine après pas de boites il semblerait que le transporteur ne veux plus nous livrer car ont es plus dans sont secteur (livraison du lundi). Fou d'la bouffe nous propose d'utiliser Purolator pour la livraison du mardi, ce que nous faisons. La première semaine ca va, deuxième cest ma soeur qui a un problème elle habite a 15min et elle a jamais reçu sa boite. Il lui dit qu'elle va le recevoir mercredi. Mercredi tjrs rien, le jeudi matin elle apelle Purolator il lui dise vendredi ca va être livré heeuuu cest parceque cest parti de QC depuis dimanche et c'est bon que 48h les icepack, il lui disse d'aller chercher elle même la boite chez Puro heuu non ont paie 7$ de livraison toute cette belle nourriture (8 plats) dans les poubelles. La semaine d'après nous ne recevons pas notre boite le mardi elle va être livré le mercredi, donc ont doit ce faire livre du resto grrrrr, nous recevons notre boîte le mercredi elle a été lancer par le chauffeur sur le palier de nos escaliers 3 plats ont éclaté et 2 autres était fendue. Les fêtes passe, ont recommande va va bien la première semaine et apres que des problèmes puisque Fou de la bouffe etait pas en mesure de trouver de solution pour nous, ma soeur et moi avons arrêté de commandé et etre cliente chez Fou dla bouffe... Non il ne livre pas partout au Québec, cest une fausse publicité, nous sommes a Sainte-Sophie et Saint-hippolyte, 15min de saint-jerome.",
