###### Should I prepare my meal?
**
All healthy meals are delivered individually wrapped and ready to eat as is.
Most meals are best served hot, you can reheat them in the microwave or in the oven depending on your preference.
###### What does my meal contain?
**
You will find the ingredients and nutritional values of our meals directly under each meal in the description and nutritional values sections of the Order page.
###### Do you offer a varied menu?
**
We offer a varied menu of delicious meals on a 12-week rotation. Therefore, no two meals will be available at the same time. Our passionate team is always on the lookout to thoughtfully adapt our ingredient and menu choices, incorporating seasonal vegetables, among other things, to exceed customer expectations.
###### Where does your food come from?
**
Our executive chef strives to develop close relationships with honest and trustworthy suppliers to provide you with the highest quality ingredients for your meals. Whenever possible, we source local ingredients and use sustainably sourced fish.
###### What is the shelf life of meals?
**
In the refrigerator: Your meals will stay fresh for up to 7 days. Recommended consumption: To fully enjoy the flavors and textures, eat them fresh as soon as possible. Freezing option: Want to keep them longer? Place them in the freezer before the expiration date indicated on the label.
###### Will I receive exactly what is shown in the images?
**
Meals are prepared based on the portion of meat and the chosen side dishes. Additionally, the vegetable mix varies from season to season. Therefore, the vegetables you find in your meals may vary slightly from the image displayed on the website.
###### Where can I find the nutritional values?
**
To find the nutritional values of each meal, simply rotate the meal photo left or right.
###### What are your meal sizes?
**
We currently offer four sizes: small, regular, Megasize.
**The small format** Contains approximately 100g of meat or meat substitute. Adding vegetables and starches brings the total weight to approximately 400g to 600g, depending on the type of starch. This generally equates to one cup of starch and one cup of vegetables.
**The regular format** Contains approximately *200g of meat or meat substitute. With vegetables and starches, the total weight is generally 550g to 750g depending on the type of starch. This is equivalent to one cup of starch and one cup of vegetables.
**The Megasize format** Contains approximately *300g of meat or meat substitute. With starches and vegetables, the total weight can vary from 800g to 1125g, depending on the type of starch. This represents two cups of starch and two cups of vegetables.
Please note that these weights are averages and may vary from meal to meal. **Furthermore, our salads are generally lighter due to the absence of starchy foods.**
*Protein weights are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on the type of meat, cooking method, and the dish served. Some dishes, by their nature, are weighed with their sauce or marinade. Additionally, dishes containing cheese, edamame, nuts, and bacon are counted toward the total protein grams. For example, for a chicken stir-fry marinated in a sauce mix, accompanied by bacon and onions, the weight of the bacon and onions is included with the meat because they are pre-mixed in the cooking process. It is also important to note that a margin of error of 10% applies.
###### For families, what format do you recommend?
**
For a family of two adults and two children, we recommend one Megasize meal with a Regular meal, or two Megasize meals, depending on the children's ages and appetites. For a first order, opt for two Megasize meals. If you find this is too much, you can adjust the quantity on your next order.
###### What meal size should I choose?
**
• Small size: Ideal for average appetites
• Regular Size: For a good appetite
• Megasize format: For 2 people
For a family of two adults and two children, we recommend one Megasize meal with a Regular meal, or two Megasize meals, depending on the children's ages and appetites. For a first order, we suggest starting with two Megasize meals. If this proves too much, feel free to adjust the portions for future orders.
###### How to dispose of ice packs?
**
Ice packs simply contain water and biodegradable carboxymethylcellulose CMC 100 %. You can therefore empty the contents down the toilet and then recycle the packaging 🙂
#### Ordered
###### How can I order?
**
Simply visit the order page and choose from our ready-to-eat meal menu. Please note that a minimum order quantity of 6 meals must be ordered.
###### When should I order?
**
You have until Thursday 9 p.m. to place your order and receive it at the beginning of the following week. Our varied menus change every Friday morning.
**Tip to reduce the gap between your order and receiving it:** Order weekly on Wednesday or, at the latest, on Thursday. By doing this, you will always receive your meals at the beginning of the following week, which gives a delay of 4 days between your payment and receipt of your order.
###### Do we have to subscribe to order?
**
We guarantee our customers quality meals and loyalty, so no subscription is required. A satisfied customer is our greatest achievement.
###### How do I use my gift card or voucher purchased from a radio store?
**
Simply go to the My Account page, click on the Gift Cards tab, and add it. Your card will then be automatically suggested to you during the checkout process.

**

**
We can deliver your meals to your home or workplace, delivery hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
###### How much is shipping?
**
Delivery is offered at a fixed cost of 6.99$ throughout Quebec and Ontario!
###### Who will deliver my meals?
**
Your meals can be delivered in 3 ways depending on your area:
For Quebec City and Montreal, delivery is made every Monday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Everywhere else in the province, deliveries are made via Purolator on Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and for certain more remote areas on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
*Depending on the expected delivery day for your area, an additional day in transit may be required, due to the carrier. Our boxes are suitable for this, so no worries. If the box does not arrive the day after the expected date for your sector, we will refund the order.
###### What if I'm not at home during the delivery?
**
Meals are always delivered in certified thermal boxes that are designed to keep meals at a temperature below 4 degrees Celsius for 50 hours, even at an outside temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. So, you don't have to worry: your meals will stay fresh in the box on your doorstep. Delivery drivers are instructed to always leave the box in the safest place possible, without a signature.
###### What days will I receive delivery?
**
For Quebec City and Montreal, every Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Everywhere else in the province, deliveries are made via Purolator on Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and for certain more remote areas on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

"reviewBody": "En premier lieu, fou bouffe ne requiert pas d’abonnement et ça c’est un GROS plus!! On ne se sent pas obligé de rien. Ensuite la bouffe est excellente, ça goûte vraiment les mets préparés à la maison! Ensuite le service à la clientèle est impeccable, j’ai téléphoné pour savoir si je recevrais bien ma commande et l’employé a été tres courtois et efficace. Il m’a dit combien de livraison il restait avant la mienne et l’heure approximative a laquelle le livreur arriverait. Je suis vraiment satisfaite à chaque fois que je commande 👌🏼 merci Fou de la Bouffe pour faciliter mon quotidien!",
