Make sure that the nutritional information displayed is based on the portion chosen to allow those who calculate the quantities of nutrients they consume.
I agree with this. Each dish should have its minimum weight. At first I thought I was eating the number of calories indicated. This is confusing when you are on a diet too.
Hi, I'm really surprised by the quantity of the meals. My first meal, I counted it as indicated on the sheet, however for the second meal I weighed it with my small food scale and it's really different in calories. I had small meals and I'm going to separate them into 2x portions and add my personal vegetables to meet my required calories per meal. But know that these are the best meals I've ordered. Thank you!!!!
There could also be a barcode on the boxes to enter the info directly into MyFitnessPal
Or simply know the precise weight of the meal to be able to do the calculation

I agree, I would like to know the number of calories and proteins...
This would be appreciated for managing type 1 diabetes. Carbohydrate counting is important for us.
That would be a great idea! Since I'm in the process of losing weight through a calorie deficit, it would make things easier for me.
