Your idea fits perfectly into our future plans. We intend to expand our offer to incorporate specific menu options such as gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, etc., as soon as our cooking capabilities permit.
However, it is important to stress that modifying our existing recipes to adapt them to these specific diets is currently not an option. To do this, we would have to completely redo the recipe for each option chosen, which is not currently possible.
