Our Meals
Do I have to cook my meals or are they ready to eat?
Our meals arrive at your home fully prepared and can be enjoyed immediately.
For an optimal experience, we recommend heating them for a few minutes in the microwave or conventional oven according to your preference.
Where can I check the composition of my meals?

Do you offer a wide variety of dishes?
Our menu features over 150 different recipes that change every 12 weeks. Each dish is unique and does not return during this period. Our chefs are constantly creating new recipes, focusing on seasonal ingredients to surprise you with every order.
Where do your ingredients come from?
We work exclusively with trusted partners selected by our executive chef for their commitment to quality. We prioritize local producers and responsibly sourced fish in all our dishes.
How long can I keep my meals?
Our meals can be refrigerated for up to 7 days, retaining their freshness. For optimal flavor and texture, we recommend eating them fresh. If you don't plan on eating them before the expiration date on the label, you can freeze them without any problems.
Will my meals look exactly like the photos?
Each meal follows the advertised protein and side serving sizes. However, vegetable selection may vary depending on season and availability, which may result in slight visual differences from the images shown.
How to access nutritional information?
Complete nutritional data can be accessed by scrolling left or right through the images of each meal on our site.
What are the different portion sizes available?
We offer four sizes to suit all appetites:
Small Format: Approximately 100g of protein + sides (450-650g total) - ideal for smaller appetites
Regular Format: Approximately 200g of protein + sides (550-750g total) - perfect for a standard meal
Megasize Format: Approximately 300g of protein + sides (800-1125g total) - ideal for sharing or very large appetites
Note: These weights are approximate and may vary depending on the recipe. Salads are generally lighter because they do not contain starchy foods. A variation of 10% is normal.
What size should you choose for a family?
For a household of 4 (2 adults + 2 children), we suggest either one Megasize plus one Regular, or two Megasizes, depending on the children's ages. To start, order two Megasizes and adjust as needed on subsequent orders.
How to choose the right meal size?
Here are our recommendations based on experience:
• Small Size: Perfect for women
• Regular Size: Liked by most men
• Supersize Format: Perfect for very large appetites
• Megasize Format: Recommended for couples
For families, choose one Megasize + one Regular or two Megasizes depending on your needs. Feel free to experiment with different sizes to find what works best for you.
What to do with the cooling packs after delivery?
Our cooling packs contain only water and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), a biodegradable 100% product. You can empty the contents down your toilet and recycle the plastic packaging 🌱
Orders
What is the process for placing an order?
Visit our order page, select your favorite meals from our weekly selection, and complete your purchase. Important: A minimum of 6 meals is required per order.
Until when can I place an order?
The deadline to order is Thursday at 9 p.m. for delivery early the following week. Our menu changes every Friday morning.
Trick : To minimize waiting times, place your order on Wednesday or Thursday. You'll receive your meals the beginning of the following week, just four days after your payment.
Is there a commitment or mandatory subscription?
No commitment is necessary. We prioritize customer satisfaction over subscription constraints. Order whenever you want, as often as you like.
How do I use my gift card or radio voucher?
Log in to your customer area, go to the "Gift Cards" section, and add your code. Your credit will automatically appear as a payment option for future purchases.

How does delivery work?
We deliver to the address of your choice (home or office) between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. depending on your geographic area.
What are the shipping costs?
We apply a single rate of 5$ for all deliveries in Quebec, regardless of your location!
Who delivers my meals?
The delivery method depends on your location:
• Quebec and Montreal: Direct delivery every Monday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
• Other regions: Shipping via Purolator on Tuesday (8am-7pm) or Wednesday (8am-7pm) for more remote areas
*An additional one-day delay may sometimes be required depending on the carrier. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness. If your package arrives more than one day late, we will refund you in full.
What happens if I am not there when the delivery is made?
No worries! Our certified insulated packaging keeps your meals below 4°C for 50 hours, even at 28°C outside. Our delivery drivers always drop off the package in the safest possible location without requiring a signature.
When can I receive my order?
• Quebec and Montreal: Every Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Rest of Quebec: Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. via Purolator, or Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for remote areas

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, we require a minimum of 6 meals per order to optimize our preparation and delivery costs.
