All sales are final. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Meals ordered are non-refundable. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to issue you a credit for your next purchase or a refund. Any losses due to inaccurate contact information are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore essential that any consumer verify that the shipping address and all other information entered are accurate.
